The battlecruiser HMS Hood visited Vancouver, British Columbia in June, 1924. During the visit, civilians were able to tour the ship. The stop was part of a world tour, to encourage the Empire's Dominions to support the operations of  the Royal Navy with ships, crews, ports, and money.
